General
We provide listing services for property owners and managers, and we provide detailed search functions for renters.
At this time, we provide listings only for property rental, not for sales of vacation rental homes.
Our current services include (1) online listing services for vacation rentals worldwide and (2) professional website design. If you are interested in designing and managing your own website, feel free to contact us for a quotation.
VacationRentalsHub is dedicated to protecting the privacy and information security of its users. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect all transactions made through our websites. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In addition, we offer the option to pay through PayPal, a completely secure payment gateway.
For any inquiry, comment, compliment or problem, you may use the contact us page to reach our team. If you have a question concerning a specific listing, please specify its ID number.

To increase your exposure, you may want to invest in making sure your listing appears first in our search results. In this case, we suggest upgrading your package plan to list your property on top of search results for travelers seeking a vacation rental in your area. To upgrade your current listing, log in to your “Control Panel” and select the “Upgrade my Package” link in the menu next to your listing.
Control Panel
To modify your listing, you must first log in to your Control Panel. Once logged in, you have a preview of all your listings in the first page. Select the information you want to modify from the menu on the right of each listing.
You may edit your personal information from the Control Panel. Simply log in and click on "Edit Account" from the left menu.
In order to delete a duplicated listing or simply remove your property from our website, use the contact us page to request a listing removal. In your request, specify the listing ID number, your username/email and the reason for your listing removal request.

To report a fraudulent inquiry, contact us by providing us all the details concerning the inquiry. VacationRentalsHub investigates all fraud reports diligently and seriously.
Troubleshoot
If you cannot find the exact location of your property from the “Add a new listing” menu, you may contact us to suggest a region that you think should be available under a specific country or state. Simply click on the link “Suggest a Region” under the geographical location. In the meantime, we suggest listing your property directly in the country and state, where your property is located. Once your suggested region is approved, the VacationRentalsHub team will automatically add your listing under your suggested region.
If your listing doesn’t appear on our web site, one of the following situations might have occurred:
  • Your listing might not have been reviewed by our team yet (please allow 48 hours for your listing to be reviewed and posted).
  • A payment may be pending for your account.
  • Your listing might not comply with the regulations specified in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Your listing is duplicated.

Pictures
If you want to upload or remove pictures from your listing, you may do so by logging in to your Control Panel and selecting "manage pictures" from the menu on the right of your listing.
Our Picture Manager supports most common picture formats, such as .gif, .jpg, .bmp, and .png.
In order to ensure a consistent and professional presentation, the following requirements must be met:
1. We recommend posting pictures that do not contain any person or pet. Pictures that contain persons and pets are subject to VacationRentalsHub’s discretion.
2. Pictures uploaded by a user must not be protected by copyrights, right of publicity, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. A property owner may only post such material on his/her listing if an authorization has been given by the owner of such material.
3. Uploaded pictures must be free of edited material, text or link to a third party website.
Calendar
Log in to your Control Panel and click on the link "Manage calendar".
Map
If the map shows the wrong location for your property, make sure you have entered your address correctly in your listing detail. To edit the provide address for map locatisation
If you want to remove your property from the map, log in to your Control Panel and select "Manage Address and Map". For "Show your property on the map?" select "no" and click on "Update".
Registration and Login
From the top right corner of every page on VacationRentalsHub select "Owners Login". Enter your username and password. Remember your username is also your email.
If you'd like to change the email address you have provided as your username, send us an inquiry from the Contact Us page with your new email address.
Log in to your Control Panel and from the left menu under Account info select "Change password".
If you have not received a confirmation email after your registration, please check your junkmail inbox. If you still cannot find our automated confirmation email, please contact us again and provide us with your username and name.

Searching
You may search for properties through our world map on the homepage or simply by writing a destination name into our search engine field located on the homepage. If available, our search engine will return all listings that match your query with a basic description of all properties in the search result. If you'd like to access a detailed description of a property, simply click on the listing.
As a traveler searching for vacation rentals, you do not need to register to contact property owners. Simply enter your message in the "Contact Info" section of the listing to reach the property owner and inquire about their property.
Inquiry
Simply contact the property owner by filling in the contact form found on the listing's page.
We suggest inquiring to more than one property in the destination of your choice in order to increase your possibilities of finding an available vacation rental for the period of your stay.
Every property owner or manager has their own rental policy. Many property owners accept credit cards for reservations, but not all do. Feel free to contact the owner for more details.
