*** If ninty or more days notice is received, 20% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented, If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain 100% of the monies collected.
*** Written notice must be received by owners or by certified return receipt mail
