This home is only a short walk away from Heathcote River and Beckenham Park, a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre and within walking distance to good selection of local bars and restaurants. There are heaps of walking, running and mountain biking tracks in the hills close by and the nearby Beckenham Library is a popular, modern hub with a bustling cafe.

The villa is available during September through to December 2009, so hurry to enquire so you don't miss out!
