Enjoy our 2 BR, full bath fully renovated Maine shore cottage situated on 1 3/4 acres with 350' of rocky and sandy Maine shore on a deep water bay. Our cottage offers spectacular views of Petit Manan Island lighthouse, Bois Bubert Island, and the north Atlantic through 25' of continuous windows. We are conveniently located in the heart of Downeast Maine - one hour to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park; 60 miles to Bangor, ME; 3 hours to Portland, ME; 5 1/2 hours to Boston, MA. Our cottage offers a full kitchen and comfortable accommodations for up to six persons. The cottage is located on a thin finger of land (Petit Manan Point) that juts out in to the north Atlantic within 1/2 mile of Petit Manan (Coastal Islands) National Wildlife Refuge at the end of our quiet, two lane, dead end road. Refuge offers wildlife viewing, coastal hikes, 60 acres of blueberry barrens for hand picking in season, and serene Maine setting. Visit for a week, remember your experience for a lifetime.

Cottage is rented Saturday - Saturday, April to October. Rents vary by season. (July-August is High Season.) Rates quoted are for family or party of 4 adults. Extra adults charge: $ 100/week. Small pets accepted. Pet fee: $ 100/week. All rates subject to 7% Maine state sales tax. 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposit payable by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Due to the popularity of our cottage, we encourage early reservations to insure you obtain your preferred dates.
