Built in 1996 under architectural design, the house offers designer tiles downstairs and hardwood floors upstairs, creating a warm ambiance. Wood stoves downstairs as well in master bedroom give that extra warmth on a chilly evening.
High ceilings and high windows bring the outdoors inside.
The master bedroom has its own private quarters.
The house is furnished with English antiques, Thomas Moser and Green Design cherry wood furniture.
There is abundant wildlife to view in the surrounding gardens.

Private beach with 1500 feet of totally secluded shore front. The sandy beach is shallow and ideal for small children to play in the water.
Canoe is included for your use. There is a 35 feet dock with ladder to dive off.
The lake is 10 miles long with many islands to explore.

Wooden garden furniture and gas grill on the large deck.
If you want to play the chef, the home is fully equipped with a modern large family kitchen.
As the owner lives here a several months of the year, there are books and a large classical/jazz CD collection to be played on an impressive sound system throughout the house.

Lake-Cobbossee is located in the town of Manchester, which is south of Augusta and near the town of Winthrop. This beautiful nine-mile long lake first became a popular resort area around 1900 when many cottages and inns were built along its shores. Today, Lake Cobbossee is consistently rated as one of the best lakes in the state, and it's home to several camps and year-round homes as well. It also has the distinction of being home to the only fresh water land-locked lighthouse in the state of Maine. With more than 4900 acres, the lake is well known for its great fishing, and is the site of many fishing tournaments throughout the year. Other activities on Lake Cobbossee include swimming, water skiing and canoeing, picnicking and sunbathing. There are miles of trails for hiking and biking, and in wintertime, cross country skiing and snowmobiling are popular sports.
